Session Design Strategies:

Individualize Your Customer Service and Therapeutic Approaches

Do you sometimes feel your sessions are in a rut?
Do you ever wish you could be more innovative for your regular clients?
Do you possess techniques you don’t know how to combine with your regular routine?
Are you looking for more effective ways to treat “the whole person”?

Enjoy a 6-hour workshop full of ideas for energizing your sessions with strategies custom designed for each of your valuable clients.

No two people are alike. Neither should be your massages!

Every client brings to the table more than muscles and metabolites. Their bones, (aligned and misaligned), their fascia, sinews and nerves (shaped by years of repeated activities), their own particular energies, their life histories, their thoughts, emotions, dreams, eating habits, vices, virtues, gremlins, angels, and much more follow them into the room.

Getting and using this kind of information requires skills and processes, and above all intentions and attitudes on your part to deliver the perfect massage
… for that person
…for that moment in time.

You will acquire ways of observing, assessing, and planning treatments for your clients that will leave them positively amazed at your sessions.

Participants will be able to:
• Customize your current intake form to make the best use of your own unique combination of bodywork skills.
• Identify various body types and associated soft tissue approaches.
• List communications skills that will enhance the design and delivery of bodywork.
• Identify methods to evaluate and validate the results of your sessions.
• Design and deliver a “custom-made” massage.
